Yes I had a contract but there home fell through so CHECK ME OUT! A new home has just the basics. Not me I’ve been completely remodeled. Starting with all new burmese wood floors through out the home. Plantation shutters throughout and crown molding in every room on the first floor. The fourth bedroom was professionally painted and behind the walkin closet has separate doors leading into the attic where wood was added to the entire floor for extra storage. Outside there is extensive landscaping, flagstone patios and a cedar pergola added to the home along with a beautiful fountain to enjoy outside.
