Midwest City Real Estate Information
Midwest City homes are popular for their value, with homes anywhere from two hundred to three hundred square feet for anywhere between four hundred to five hundred thousand dollars.
These homes are situated on large, spacious lots with plenty of open green lawns in the front and the back.
Front lawns in Midwest City homes often have roomy driveways that lead into oversized attached garages that are able to fit multiple vehicles.
Inside, homes in Midwest City also have a lot of space, with large common areas, oversized kitchens and plenty of bedroom space.
As is common in Oklahoma, Midwest City homes don't have basements due to the unique weather conditions in the state. However, homes in the area make up for this by generally having larger floor plans.
Midwest City kitchens also look great, with a mix of contemporary and classic stylings. Reclaimed wood is common here for the countertops and cupboards, but modern stainless steel appliances such as refrigerators, ovens and hood vents are common here as well.

Midwest City still holds plenty for residents to do, however. Shopping, golf, and parks with plenty of trails to explore all make this a great place to live.
Tinker Air Force Base
Tinker Air Force Base is also located to the south of the Midwest City area. One of the largest military operations in the country, Tinker Air Force Base is open to the public most days to learn about the history of this impactful base.
Parks In Midwest City
Midwest City's largest and most central park is Joe B. Barnes Regional Park. Here, you can find three baseball diamonds, a playground, two basketball courts and four tennis courts for the public to enjoy, as well as plenty of open spaces and trails to explore.

This area is also home to the John Conrad Regional Golf Course, a recently reopened and revitalized course that's set over 160 acres of rolling hills and challenging fairways.
The revitalization included the addition of a new irrigation system, fairways, golf carts and driving range for Midwest City residents to enjoy.

- Esa Park
- Optimist Park
- Poore Park
- Pecan Grove Park
- Mid-America Kiwanis Park
