At Dwell Urban Real Estate we believe who we do life with matters. That includes who you choose as your realtor to help you find the home you will raise your first child in or sell your property that holds all of your childhood memories. We love our team and know that you will too after getting to them. Below we asked a series of questions to Cheri Rollins, one of our Realtors here at Dwell Urban Real Estate so you can get a chance to know her a little better.

1.) When it comes to decorating your own home, which holiday do you go all out for?

I’m a fourth-quarter decorater... Come October it starts. November it gets a little heavier but lasts only a couple weeks until Christmas makes its debut. I want to be able to look anywhere in the house and be reminded it’s Christmas time. Same goes for the smells... cinnamon, gingerbread..give me all the holiday scents.

2.) When it comes to keeping it local, where is your favorite shop?

Definitely Reclaimed Warehouse... There is a sense of rustic elegance with every turn. I always leave inspired!

3.) Ok, let's talk real estate, what is your favorite residential architecture?

Every day could be a new flavor. Deep down I think my heart belongs to a French Countryside but the more I evolve (or the more IG’s I Follow) my style changes. I have a major appreciation for all things Art Deco, a love for an efficient craftsman and an obsession with Historical.

4.) Who is your go-to insta-feed for interior design or decorating inspiration?

Keeping it local... very local. Shout out to an old high school friend, Heather Lay @heatherlayinteriors. From her own personal style in her home to staging new construction, this fun lady steps out of the box in ways I could only dare to try. Truly an inspirational designer that makes it look too easy! Even better, she shares with her followers where her great deals are found! You can’t lose!

5.) What is your favorite holiday outing?

What really gets me in the festive mood, is the shopping! Put me in some cozy clothes and a coffee in hand and I’m ready to brave the cold. Whether it be for family and friends or giving to those in need. There is so much joy in giving. I love seeing the reaction from others. Just good for the soul!
